The Sales Template is Heyo’s Product Template. Use this template to drive traffic to your online store, website, or product page. Here you can feature a product, and link it directly to the checkout page!
In this overview, we will take a look at The Sales Template, its features, and how to use it to drive traffic and increase your product sales.
Note: We here at Heyo are constantly trying to improve our templates, and, as such, these overviews are subject to change.
The Sales Template includes the following features:
Once in your Heyo dashboard, click on “Create New Campaign.” From there, select the drop down on “Product Templates,” then choose the Sales Template. Make sure to click “Save & Start Editing” to continue!
Next, click on the large Product image to upload your three photos. Keep in mind that the image size limit is 2.0 MB. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you’re done.
Next, click on the Product Description text box to add important information about your product. The editor will come up on the right side of the screen where you can change the actual text, as well as the format of the text.
Next, click on the Garth’s Gears logo image. Again, the editor will come up where you can upload your own logo. It’s an important step for brand recognition! Remember to save your changes.
Next, click the countdown clock. All you need to do is set the date and time that you want it to end! Simple as that.
Next, click on the Buy Now section to edit the tagline, button text, and link to your website. Save changes here too!
The Fine Print section is exactly like your Product Description. You can customize the look of the text and add anything that you think your fans might need to know here.
Once you’ve customized every widget on the template, be sure to check out the ‘Options’ tab on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Here is where you can customize the Meta Data that appears on Facebook for your campaign, as well as add Tracking Script to track stats specific to your campaign. You also have the ability to add Google Analytics to your campaign – instructions on how to use these options can be found here.
You can customize the background of the Sales Template. You can upload a background image using, select a background color using the Heyo Color Picker, or select one of Heyo’s preset backgrounds.
This is the last step before publishing! Here you can choose where to publish your campaign: Facebook, web, and mobile. Just check or uncheck the boxes. You’ll also name your campaign; just type the name of your campaign where you currently see “Campaign Title.” Connect to Facebook by clicking “Select Fan Page.” Choose an app thumbnail for your campaign by uploading a photo.
