If at any point you want to change your password or email to your Heyo account, you can do so through your account settings.
To find these settings, log in to your dashboard, and click the gear in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu; click on My Account to see your account options.
Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the Email field on the My Account page.
Notes: The New Email field will be preloaded with your current email address.
Enter your new email address and your current password, then click Save.
The following message will appear if your account is successfully updated.
To change your password, click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the Password field.
Add your current password to the Current Password field, and then enter a new password in the field below that. Then, click on the ‘Save’ button.
Once your account has been updated, a similar message to the one shown in for updating your email will appear.
