If you need to check in on your invoices to look up a specific charge, or change your billing information, you can do that via the My Account menu under settings.
To find the settings, log in to your dashboard, and click the gear in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu; click on My Account to see your account options.
Your invoices will be listed right on the Account page, listed by date and billing period. To see an individual invoice, just click on the billing period you would like to view.
To change your Billing information, click the ‘Edit’ button in the ‘Billing Information’ section of the My Account page.
This will open up a new tab with some of your billing info, including your name, credit card expiration date, and billing address preloaded.
To change any of the billing information, enter the information you want to change into the corresponding fields.
When you’re done, click update, and Chargify will update your Heyo billing information for you.
