Duplicating a Campaign
The duplicate feature makes it easy for you to copy a campaign in a matter of seconds, rather than having to build a replica from scratch.
First: Make sure you have enough campaigns. You can tell how many campaigns you have via the “total campaigns” counter to the top-left of your dashboard.
With the Business Plan, your dashboard has room for three campaign – if you try to duplicate a campaign, and already have a three created, you will get an error pop-up. To get more room for campaigns, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask about upgrading.
If upgrading is not an option for you right now, simply delete one of your existing campaigns.
Remember: Campaigns are counted across businesses. If you have two businesses or clients, you will have to double check the amount of campaigns you have created for each business.
Duplicating Your Campaign
Find the campaign you want to edit on the dashboard and click on the arrow next to the “Edit” button.
A drop down menu will appear under the arrow with some options. Select “Duplicate.”
A “Duplicate Campaign” pop-up will appear with two fields. The top field allows you to name the campaign. The bottom field allows you to choose which business you want the duplicate placed in (this matters is you have multiple businesses created).
Once you’ve named the campaign and selected the business, hit the “duplicate” button.
And that’s all there is to it. You now know how to duplicate campaigns!
