This widget allows you to add a Pin It button to your campaign, allowing fans to pin content from your contest directly to Pinterest.
Want fans to be able to share your contest or campaign on Pinterest? The Pin It button will let fans share any pinanble content from your campaign on Pinterest with just a couple clicks! Best of all, all pins will automatically link back to your campaign!
Just follow these simple steps, and your campaign will be Pinterest-ready in no time!
Make sure that you:
For this tutorial, you will need access to your company’s RSS feed and the RSS feed URL.
Step 1: Drag and drop the Twitter widget anywhere on your campaign canvas. This will initially create a Pinterest follow button on your campaign.
For a Pin It button, click ‘Pin It Button’ in the widget options.
Note: If you do not see these options, just click on the follow button again. The options will be on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the Save button in the bottom left-hand corner of the widget toolbar.
Note: Test your Pin It button. You can do this by clicking on save and preview at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. When you click on the Pin It button, the following screen should pop up.
Your contest is not live: I would recommend testing this pin on a private board. When you pin a picture from the campaign, the pin will automatically link back to the campaign.
