So, you’re nearing the end of your Sweepstakes. Time to pick a winner! But how exactly do you do that? You’ve collected the emails, and closed the sweepstakes down: now what?
The first thing to note is that Heyo has recently updated to include a Pick a Winner button! This makes it super easy to pick your winner quickly.
The easiest way to pick a winner that we recommend is to use the new pick a winner function in the Heyo dashboard.
To get to this function, first log into Heyo, then locate the contest you want to pick a winner from. To the right of the campaign, you’ll see a downward arrow. Click on it for a drop down menu, and select “Pick a winner.”
Once you click on “Pick a winner,” a window will appear that shows you the email address of the winner, along with the date that they entered. You can choose to pick again if you’re not satisfied with the results, or you can notify the winner by emailing them.
