For Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Heyo does not offer refunds for payments made on a monthly subscription plan.
Your subscription will continue for 1 month and then automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date to avoid the next billing.
If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
For 12-Month Subscriptions
For annual plans, including renewals if you request a refund within 30 days, we will be happy to issue a refund for the unused months.
If you ask for a refund after 30 days but before 60 days, we can issue a 50% refund for the unused months.
If you ask for a refund after 60 days, we would be unable to issue a refund.
Your subscription will continue for 12 months and then automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by Heyo. You must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to avoid the billing.
