Google +1 Widget

This widget allows you to add a Google+ +1 button to your campaign. With this button, your fans can share articles with their circles on Google+. These +1’s will not only let fans share your campaign on Google+, they will contribute to where your company appears in Google searches by fans. Just follow these easy steps to add a +1 button to your campaign!

First, let’s make sure we’re on the same page…

Make sure that you:

• are logged into your Heyo account.
• have the campaign you want to edit opened.
• have the “Content” tab selected at the top of the right-hand toolbar.

Step 1: Drag and drop the Google+ [+1] widget onto your campaign canvas. This will create a movable [+1] button on your campaign.

Note:  Here, I am placing the [+1] button over a text-box to imply that I am sharing the text on my campaign. You can get rid of the [+1] button by clicking the ‘X’ in the top-right corner of the widget.

Step 2: Once the widget is placed, some options should open up on the right hand side of the screen. Go ahead and add the URL of the article you want into the URL field.

Note: If you don’t see these options, you can access them by clicking on the widget again while in editorial mode.

Step 3: Click “Save Changes” on the right side of the screen.

Congrats! Your fans can now share your campaign with their circles!
