On occasion, you may run into an error when trying to publish a Heyo campaign that states “No Token For Page” followed by series of random numbers.
With that error – there’s usually some issue with the connection between Heyo and Facebook that needs to be refreshed. Please follow these steps to see if it resolves the issue:
1) Log out of Heyo
2) Log completely out of Facebook in your browser
3) Make sure to stay logged out of Facebook
4) Log back into Heyo with your email and password and proceed to your publish/preview page
5) Heyo should prompt you to reconnect/log in to Facebook – go ahead and do this
With the connection refreshed, you should be able to publish without running into that error again.
