Bring the power of email to your campaign with the Email widget. Email is the linchpin of communication on the internet and it’s critical for your business to succeed.
The Email widget makes it easy for your audience to not only find your email but send you one with the click of a button. Using the Email widget is as simple as 1, 2, 3 – just follow the steps below to add a snazzy email button to your campaign.
Make sure that you:
Step 1: Drag and drop the Email widget anywhere on the campaign canvas; this will create a flexible widget-box with a default “Send Email” button in place.
Note: After placing your widget, a couple of options will appear in the right-hand toolbar. If you don’t see them just click your Email widget to bring them up. You can size your button with its bottom-right corner, or delete it with the ‘X’ button. Be careful not to stretch it too much as it may become pixelated.
Step 2: Enter the email address that you’d like to receive emails at.
Step 3: If you’d like to use a different button than the one provided simply flip the “Custom Button Image” switch to “on” and link or upload one in the field provided. Remember to use a secure (https) link so your button doesn’t get blocked as “mixed content.”
Step 4: Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the toolbar.
One last note: If you ever need to make changes to your Email, don’t worry! You can always come back to manage your widget simply by clicking on it!
This means that unsecure (http) content will not display on secure (https) pages, like Heyo and Facebook, without the user’s permission. Be sure to use https URLs to ensure your content always displays correctly!
