Heyo is excited to announce a brand new integration with email marketing provider GetResponse. This new integration allows Heyo users to connect signup forms directly with their GetResponse contact lists. With this feature, you can run a campaign with Heyo and manage your leads in GetResponse; it’s a marketing match made in heaven — click here to try it out.
All signup forms on our lead-capture, contest, and drag-and-drop templates can be synced with GetResponse. Once you select a template of your choice (we’ll showcase the Sweepstakes template) click the ‘Signup Form’ link in the right hand sidebar to edit the integration settings.
The integration settings will be visible in the right-hand sidebar. Select ‘GetResponse’ from the list of integration partners to connect to your account. Doing so will send all data captured on the form to your GetResponse contact list. We also keep a backup of all that data which you can download at anytime from your Heyo dashboard.
Once you click ‘Connect to GetResponse’ in Step 2, you will be prompted with a popup (shown below) to log in. Enter your email/username and password then click the “Log in” button.
Heyo will then ask for permission to access your Get Response account; click “yes” to authorize.
Once you’ve connected, you can then choose the list you want your contacts to go to. After you’ve selected your list, you have the option to customize the look and feel of the form by adding additional fields and changing the colors or text. You can even redirect them to a “thank you page URL” of your choosing if it fits your strategy.
Please note that only First Name, Last Name and Email are passed to Get Response – any other information you ask for (such as a phone number) will be collected on the Heyo CSV which you can export right from your dashboard.
