We understand, sometimes things happen and you need to cancel your Heyo plan. Whether it is because there is no longer room for it in the budget or because you no longer need or use Heyo, we are happy to assist you in canceling your plan!
Initiate the cancel by sending us an email at support@heyo.com from your personal email or through our support site. Once we receive your email, one of our customer engagement agents will get with you as soon as possible to assist you through the cancellation process.
To send us an email through our support site, support.heyo.com, simply click “Contact Us” in the top right corner.
Fill out the contact form, which appears once you click “Contact Us,” with a brief message including why you would like to cancel your plan and the email associated with your account.
If you would rather email us through your personal email, that is fine too! Simply supply the same information as before, but be sure to put support@heyo.com in the “to” form.
